Our Mission

The USA Cycling Development Foundation was created with the primary purpose of raising money to drive American athlete development programs in cycling. Of the major industrialized countries, only the United States does not maintain a socialized sport development system. This means we do not receive government support, (your tax dollars.) Our donors fund the athlete development programs for juniors, U23 and other future Olympic athletes with their annual gifts. Zabriskie to headline USAC Development Foundation's Marin Classic

USA Cycling National Development Team graduate and reigning USA Cycling Professional Time Trial Champion Dave Zabriskie will headline the celebrity riders at the Marin Classic fundraiser for the USA Cycling Development Foundation on October 11. This special fundraising event in support of the USA Cycling National Development Team programs includes 60 and 40 mile ride options with full support and police escort. It will be followed by a catered lunch party in beautiful downtown Sausalito.
